Milcasestore are committed to quality products and gaining your highest satisfaction. we welcome a feedback, both positive and negative as this will help us provide a better service and product in the future. If we are not aware of a problem we cannot rectify it.

Our policy lasts 40 days. If 40 days have gone by since your purchase and you haven't got your order yet, we will make a 100% full refund. All of our products have gone through a strict quality control process from our team so as to support a better shopping experience because we only send quality products, we also pay attention to how to package orders so as to minimize package damage when shipping via courier.

Important Points and Procedure for a warranty claim

Our refunds and exchanges are only eligible for:

Point 1 - Defective and/or damaged prints and materials.
if you find a damaged item, we ask you to calm down, all products that we have sent will be guaranteed if the error comes from us.

Warranty claim procedure
1. Send us a chat via email to by attaching photo evidence of damaged or incorrectly sent items.
2. We will check the evidence you have sent, (Response will be processed max 24 hours after the proof is sent) .
3. After finishing checking the evidence, we will provide feedback notification of approval or rejection of your claim.
4. We will respond by offering an offer to resend the goods or refund after receiving confirmation from you on our offer to resolve the problem.

Point 2 - Goods or packages are lost and late in delivery.
Buyers will still get a guarantee if the package is lost or late in delivery. Our policy is valid for 40 days. If 40 days have passed since your purchase and you have not received your order, we will issue a 100% full refund.
