Order Handling

We have 5 years of experience in processing orders and even shipping worldwide. for that you can trust us that your order will be processed quickly and delivered safely.

After you make an order, we need about 1-3 working days for order handling until the packaging process. Processing of any orders placed on/near weekends and/or national holidays may be delayed and will resume on the next working day.

DELIVERY

All items will be shipped from the United States and China (subject to preferred shipping method, location, and/or item availability) by USPS, Yunexpress and SF Express for international shipments.

Pick-up and delivery are not made on bank holidays and/or weekends. Please allow additional time if ordering on or near a public holiday or during a sales period.

We advise customers to fill in the telephone number in the shipping address. The telephone number will only be used for shipping purposes. We promise to never share, sell, rent, trade or use phone numbers for marketing purposes.

Our shipping costs are determined by the quantity and/or weight of your order and the shipping method chosen, including sales tax (if applicable). Our shipping costs may not represent the actual costs we pay our couriers.

Please note that the shipper may charge customs handling fees, and that your country's customs office may charge separate import fees and taxes. This may come as a bill that arrives a week or so after you receive your package. For all shipping methods there may also be fees charged by other organizations that work with your country's post office. Please also note that delivery times are estimates and may not be the actual delivery standard experienced. It may also require additional transit time due to unforeseen delays. Please allow 2 - 4 weeks for delivery due to high demand.

IMPORTANT: When the goods arrive at the buyer's house but no one is home, please allow the neighbors to sign your goods. Then when you receive a notification about a delivery and you can't find it, please contact your neighbors about your item.

Claim and Return

All of our products have gone through a strict quality control process from our team so as to support a better shopping experience because we only send quality products, we also pay attention to how to package orders so as to minimize package damage when traveling via courier.

We are very open to reviews, both positive and negative, because this will help us provide better services and products in the future.

Important point

Warranty claim procedure
Unfortunately we do not accept returns due to the cost of shipping the package, if you find a damaged item, we ask you to calm down, all products that we have sent will be guaranteed if the error comes from us.

Buyers can make a claim if the goods are damaged by us by:

1. Send a chat to us by email to support@milcasestore.com by attaching photo evidence of damaged or incorrectly sent items.

2. We will check the evidence that you have sent, ( Response will be processed max 24 hours after the proof is sent) .

3. After checking the evidence, we will provide feedback to you by offering an offer to resend the goods or refund.

4. We will respond to your request after receiving confirmation from you on our offer to resolve the issue.

Please note that we do not accept any warranty requests if:

1. The buyer made an error in ordering goods such as choosing the wrong type or model of goods, for that we ask you to re-check the order details before making payment

2. Errors in writing the shipping address, because it is very risky the goods will not reach their destination and even get lost in shipping. For that we ask you to write down the complete and correct address.

3. By using our services, it means that you agree that you are fully aware of and committed to all actions and transactions that you make through our site. for that the Buyer cannot cancel the order max. 1 hour after payment.
